Founded in 1999, it was established by a group research and online mock jury organization based in Oregon, USA.

How to get started
The first step is to complete the oath. Before proceeding, you must complete and sign an oath on the website. You must swear in the oath that you are not an attorney or work for any legal or paralegal firm. You also swear that you will not reveal any information about the case to any law firm, paralegal firm, insurance adjuster, legal assistant, insurance company, or anyone associated with these industries.
The second step is to complete the identity verification. After taking the oath, you will be asked to fill out some personal information to verify your identity. You must provide personal information such as your full legal name, email address, phone number, address and zip code, and, most importantly, your driver’s license number. This data will be used to confirm your identity.
The third step is to complete the demographic profile. Finally, you will be asked to enter your demographic information, such as your age, gender, and other details.
eJury did not mention anything about giving a sign-up bonus after registration. To be an eJuror, you must be at least 18 years old, not a practising lawyer, paralegal, or legal assistant, not a felon or indicted for any crime or misdemeanour, of sound mind and good moral character, with exceptional reading and writing skills, and a US citizen.

You will be paid immediately following the delivery of your ruling since the website does not include a virtual wallet where you can store and deposit your earnings. Your earnings will be transferred to you directly via PayPal.
What can prevent me from cashing out?
