Update announcement from HI-panel: “After many years of loyal services, it is with a heavy heart we announce you the closure of HI-epanel on the April 15, 2023. Please note that you can still spend your e-points to redeem Amazon codes until the April 15, 2023, after this date, your HI-epanel account will definitively be closed and your points will be lost.”

The HI-epanel is an online panel run by Harris Interactive (which is owned by Toluna). Members of this online panel can receive a monthly payment in the form of Amazon Gift Vouchers. These vouchers can be used for any purpose, from purchasing a new book to evaluating the latest fashion trends. HI-epanel also pays out rewards in E-Points, a currency that represents points for a survey. Participants of this panel are paid for their time, so it’s worth participating in one.

The payouts for the HI-epanel surveys will fluctuate depending on the complexity of the questions and the time required to answer the surveys. Rewards typically range between 50 cents and 2 euros per minute, and payments are made in E-Points, which are equivalent to 25 cents. In order to be eligible for a cash payout, you must have accumulated at least 100 E-Points, which equals about 25 euros. Note that this is a very high payout threshold, so it might take a while before you eventually get rewarded for your time.
